We’re looking for a Sales Manager with fire in the belly — someone who’s done selling “me-too” services and wants to build a career selling high-impact products, with a clear path to leadership. What You'll Do Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — like it’s your business. Hunt new logos, build relationships, and drive product-led discussions that make clients go “Wow.” Partner with our product and presales teams to craft solutions that solve real problems. Break into enterprise accounts, challenge status quo thinking, and make things happen. Grow revenue like a founder would, because that’s how we think here. Recurring Revenue by cross selling new products to existing customers Who You Are - 5–10 years of B2B sales experience — ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech solutions. - Frustrated with the limits of selling plain services — you want to sell innovation. - Performance over pedigree — you’ve outperformed senior colleagues because you think sharper and move faster. - Hungry, street-smart, and unstoppable. - Comfortable in high-energy, target-driven environments. - A future leader in the making — with the ambition to one day run a business unit (or maybe even the company). ⚠️ Important: Please don’t apply if you need someone to guide you on how to drive your sales or if you come up with reasons like “I need 3 months to settle down.” If you’re a real sales professional, you should be able to kickstart on Day One and create momentum immediately.
