Job description (About the Role)

ElasticRun is seeking a Presales Consultant to act as a technical and consultative partner to our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging client requirements with ElasticRun's SaaS offerings, particularly in logistics and supply chain workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)


• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify customer needs and ensure solution alignment.


• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients.


• Analyze customer business and logistics processes to tailor solutions using ElasticRun's SaaS platform.


• Draft solution proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and develop technical documentation.


• Liaise with internal product, engineering, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and implementations.


• Act as a subject matter expert on ElasticRun's solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


• Provide ongoing consultative support and address technical queries throughout the sales lifecycle.


• Contribute to continuous product enhancement through feedback and insights gathered from client interactions.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)

Experience:

3–4 years of experience in SaaS presales within B2B environments.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Proficient understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud solutions, and software implementation lifecycles.
  • Background or familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or transportation management systems is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value propositions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
