📍 Location: Gujarat | 💼 Experience: 1–5 years |About the Role:We’re looking for dynamic and driven Relationship Managers to lead Motor Insurance sales through our agency channel. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating agents while ensuring strong business growth and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Recruit, train, and develop new insurance agents for motor insurance sales.Achieve monthly and annual business targets through active field engagement.Build and grow business through existing and new agency networks.Conduct joint field calls with agents to support their sales development.Track and improve agent performance through regular reviews and coaching.Ensure customer satisfaction and high policy persistency.Organize regular training and skill development programs for agents.Stay updated on competitor offerings and local market trends.Maintain all documentation and reports as per company guidelines.What You’ll Need:2+ years of experience in motor insurance field sales (agency channel preferred).Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of insurance products and IRDAI regulations.Ability to lead, motivate, and manage agent teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).Proficiency in local language(s).You’ll Thrive If You Excel In:Channel Sales & Agency ManagementTeam Leadership & Agent DevelopmentCustomer Relationship ManagementInsurance Product KnowledgeTarget Achievement & Lead Generation
