The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, maintaining and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and assisting with training programs. The position supports the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Skills in Benefits Administration and TrainingShift Planning Blue collar employee management Shift SchedulingHands on Experience of Zoho People Excellent organizational and administrative skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in PuneBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
