Key Job Responsibilities Work with corporate counterparts - understand the requirement and communicate effectively. Expertise in programming on Siemens TIA Portal V13 and above versions along with HMI and allied devices New programs creation in PLC, new Screens creation in HMI, link the Tags, I/Os, interlock with VFD (Siemens, SEW) and other devicesDevelop and improvise the existing PLC, HMI & related logics and support for the virtual commissioning activities. Hands on experience in SIMENSE PLC SIM software is desirable.Experience in ODIL software or similar simulation related tools is desirableExperience in automotive environment - Develop & implement controls solutions for body shop, paint shop, assembly shop, Battery shop is desirable. Knowledge in the IEC 61131 standard is advantageNew project/program implementation/execution - Statement of Requirements preparation, controls validation, equipment build/run-off and buyoffTrouble shoot production line automation issuesCommunicate effectively and work in collaboration with all customers, suppliers and plant staffsWorking in shifts to manage the EE & NA region timing when required. ODIL, Unified HMI experience is the added advantagesDevelop the Analytic data & Dashboard in Scada PC - OPC/ SQL Key SkillsHands-on experience in Siemens TIA Portal PLC & HMI programming.Experience in field communication Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IE, CC Link.Hands-on in Siemens PLC SIM software platformKnowledge in SIMENSE Virtual commissioning - How to perform, input to the virtual communication. Knowledge in handling verify the E plan drawings, control panel circuits, power wirings. Software skillsSiemens TIA portal, HMI softwares. Simulation softwaresPython, JAVA, C Sharp & Other automation, AI skills - is added advantagesFront-end and Back-end programming languages, such as C++, HTML, MQTT &HTTPSJob SpecificationQualificationDiploma / Engineering GraduateExperience6 - 18 years Experience at Line builder / Service provider / OEM with required skillsCompetenciesBehavioural SkillsWillingness to work in Europe time lines.
