Job Description:
The Lead Generation Specialist (US Market) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospects, and nurturing leads through targeted email campaigns and strategic LinkedIn outreach for US Markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to meeting lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and identify potential leads that align with our target market.
- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, value-driven communication, and targeted content sharing.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on established criteria to determine their suitability for further sales engagement.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing with a focus on LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
