Purpose of the job ATL embarked on supply chain digital transformation journey to revamp its end-to-end SCM planning processes based on O9 APS (advance planning system) platform. Integrated business planning will enable agility, responsiveness & cross functional synergies within the organization. Digital platform-based process orchestration will enhance customer experience, maximize value chain efficiency & drive a seamless interconnection across internal ecosystem of people, processes and systems. SCM IBP Digitalization role will enable Global Integrated SCM Planning in ATL space globally in a structured and efficient manner. The SCM IBP lead will clearly set the vision and direction for end-to-end SCM process conception, orchestration and governance across the organization. The person is accountable for the process set up and enabling it via O9 APS platform. The role ensures that digital capabilities are envisioned and enabled to meet business leader/decision-maker's needs, with a focus on continuously evolving and advancing the integrated solution vision to meet today and tomorrow's needs. Further, the ATL SCM IBP role will ensure that IBP Digital Core Capabilities are standardized across multiple regions across the globe, with a focus on maximizing value realization. Major Responsibilities Accelerate IBP Digital capability to enable "World-Class" IBP to drive business performance and value realization for the Global ATL Landscape across the functions. Ensure the associated value add capabilities of Global IBP is effectively deployed, utilized and adopted by the IBP community Develop proposals in a fast-moving, undefined, and highly ambiguous environment to triage in the white space between process and product This role will require to navigate the complex cross-functional environment: Influence across the Region/Geographies/Channels cross-functional landscape Collaborate with a diverse community of process, data, product and IT partners to achieve a common goal Connect into the Global Planning Digitalization role and with other geographies/functions, especially India, EU, US Integrated planning leads Partner with other transformation initiative leaders to ensure process and technology integration Serve as a critical leader to proactively identify and address integration challenges between process and product that impact the value and efficacy of the IBP solution Integrate the IBP business requirements (process design) with technological solutions/capabilities across Global/Regions Identifies gaps between process design and product destination, and facilitate to cross-workstream to develop and implement gap closure solutions Ensure that the design, build and adoption of the IBP solution is connected to the value levers (business case) Partner across geographies to ensure that the solution deployed enables value realization such as end-to-end near real-time visibility, automation, and advanced analytics for the IBP processes Partner with product management to ensure Data, Technology and Analytics design unlocks the value for the business to meet the different needs of the IBP process segments, iS&OE, iS&OP and Strategic Planning Partner with the region IBP leads to ensure that decision flow design principles and value realization are at the heart of the Digital deployment, and that the problems to solve are clearly articulated Partner with regional IBP Process leads, Commercial, Planning, Global Procurement and Finance teams to understand the decision-making requirements and ensure these are structured into a Decision Flow Hierarchy that informs digital applications Partner with Adoption and Capabilities teams to formalize IBP Digital Skills in Planning and CoE communities Ensure end-to-end planning processes effectively connects with other core business transformation initiatives (e.g., S4 HANA) Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure that the IBP solution is integrated appropriate within the Sector ecosystem Partner with Value Realization Lead to ensure that the IBP solution unlocks business case value O9/Blue Yonder understanding will be a plus Internal & External Relationships INTERNAL: Functional Heads and Managers, Supply and Demand Planning team, Sales & Marketing, Finaance, Manufacturing IT Teams, Logistic teams, Affiliate business (Global, EU, Local), Cross departmental project stakeholders EXTERNAL: Project implementation vendors, OE Partner (O9 & S4 HANA) Skills & Knowledge Seasoned leader with 10+ years in leading and executing transformation at scale in a corporate environment comparable to ATL Proven track record of driving business performance by implementing advanced technology and analytics Seasoned leader with 10+ years in leading and executing transformation at scale in a corporate environment comparable to ATL Proven track record of driving business performance by implementing advanced technology and analytics Strong familiarity with ATL Like big organization and operations including Commercial, Supply Chain and/or Finance Knowledgeable with existing Tyre Planning or Similar planning processes, specifically ESP and AOP as well as S&OE and S&OP Strong knowledge and understanding of integrated business planning and the global solution/product Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills Strong demand planning skills. Experience of running demand review process in a complex and challenging organizational set up Ability to influence especially in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain a vast range of working relationships across multiple functions, cultures, and ability to flex styles for effective influencing. Strategic acumen to develop approaches which address short, medium- and long-term business objectives EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS : Master's Degree/MBA preferred from a reputed institute. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology.
