Architecture Planning: You will be involved in planning the overall architecture of the ServiceNow implementation. This includes designing the system architecture, defining data models, and establishing integration patterns with other systems and platforms. Solution Design: You are responsible for designing the technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform based on the business requirements. This involves analyzing requirements, understanding the existing systems and processes, and designing solutions that leverage ServiceNow's capabilities effectively. System Configuration: You will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes configuring various modules, defining workflows, creating business rules, and configuring integrations with other systems. Technical Leadership: You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. You will assist in the resolution of technical challenges, review code and configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices, standards and KPI's. System Integration: ServiceNow often needs to integrate with other systems and platforms in an organization. As a Technical Architect / Lead, you will design and oversee the implementation of these integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly between different systems. Performance Optimization: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of the ServiceNow platform. This involves identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, conducting performance testing, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Platform Upgrades and Maintenance: You will oversee the upgrade process of the ServiceNow platform to newer versions. This includes planning and coordinating upgrade activities, testing the compatibility of customizations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the upgraded version. Governance and Compliance: ServiceNow implementations often need to adhere to certain governance and compliance requirements. You will ensure that the system design and configurations meet these requirements, such as data security, access controls, and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Management: You will interact with various stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Documentation and Training: It is important to maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow implementation, including system designs, configurations, and integration details. Additionally, you may be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and administrators.about you
Experience in migration of customers from other tools to ServiceNow (CSM module) will be required.
Development experience in areas: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows, JSON, Encryptions Plugin, Notification, Reporting, Discovery (a plus), Integration, SSO, MID Server, LDAP
Migration experience of ServiceNow instances from non-cloud to cloud or cloud to another cloud.
Knowledge on security aspects within SN or during communications between other tools and applications.
Well-versed with the cloud native concepts and methodologies.
Knowledge about process driven application is an added advantage.
Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (Agile methodology: Scrum)
Good interpersonal skills, commitment, result-oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies (micro-services, cloud native, data analysis) and undertake challenging tasks.
Ability to understand Functional Requirements and creation of Design Documents (Techincal Architecture Document).
Configuration experience in following modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (IM, CM, PM, SRM, KM, Release Management, ITOM, Event Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management)

Qualifications:
BTech, MCA Architect / Technical Lead with 10+ years overall IT experience Minimum of 7 years' experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals (Mandatory) Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM) (Preferred) Completion of at least one of the following: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, System Administration Advanced Telecom domain knowledge (Preferred)department
