Learning Experience Architect

Job SummaryThis will be responsible for designing and updating training materials and products to support business needs. In this role, the Associate Instructional Designer/Technologist will work with the learning and development team to create new materials and update existing materials to support business growth and goals. The incumbent will also manage customer support requests related to the learning management system.Essential ResponsibilitiesSenior Instructional Designer: Key Skills:Thorough knowledge of adult learning design and development best practices and techniques. Ability to think critically and solve problems related to instructional design and development challenges.Demonstrated experience working with western companies/organizationsExperience with having to communicate complex ideas, topics, and issues with U.S. team members. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and subject matter experts.Storyboarding and storytelling skills (ability to utilize, understand and follow, and in some cases develop detailed outlines and or storyboards for developing learning content.)Proficient writing and editing skills to create clear and engaging instructional content and materials.Graphic Design Skills/PortfolioAudio and Video Editing/EngineeringProficient understanding of Design Standards/Visual Composition/Photography/VideographyAbility to incorporate different learning modalities and elements (e-Learning, Instructor Led, blended learning solutions) in partnership with team members and SMEs.Experience with working with various LMS technologiesAbility to write and design effective assessments to properly measure learning outcomes (done in collaboration with Learning Architect/team members/SMEs)Demonstrated understanding of the future of corporate L&D: AI/Microlearning/Blended Learning/Etc.Proficient with the following technologies: Microsoft 365 Suite - Teams, Power Point, Etc.Articulate - Storyline, RiseAdobe - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Experience ManagerTechSmith - SnagItExperience Required: 8 years+ instructional design, training methodologies, delivery, and/or training technology.Preferred: 5 years+ learning management system or SABA technology 5 years+ operationsAbout UsThryve Digital Health LLP is an emerging global healthcare partner that delivers strategic innovation, expertise, and flexibility to its healthcare partners.
