Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the acquisition, exploration, and analysis of unstructured data across multiple formats (text, images, audio, video) for analytics, emphasizing IoT edge deployment of AI/ML models.
- Utilize deep learning frameworks such as MXNet, PyTorch, Caffe 2, TensorFlow, Theano, CNTK, and Keras to support the team in building and deploying sophisticated DL models.
- Research, design, implement, and evaluate innovative computer vision algorithms and ML/DL algorithms, including areas of Generative AI, to push the boundaries of what's possible within the field.
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to analyze, extract, normalize, and label relevant data, ensuring the development of high-quality annotation platforms for internal use.
- Partner with DevOps engineers to operationalize models efficiently, ensuring their seamless integration into production environments.
- Oversee the entire data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and completeness, including defining data validation, pre-processing, and feature engineering strategies.
- Engage closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements and business use cases into actionable metrics, KPIs, and AI-driven solutions.
- Foster a deep understanding of data sources, implement data standards, and maintain high data quality and master data management practices.
- Design and develop robust data services and APIs to support AI initiatives.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of commitments with clear communication to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across business lines, technology partners, vendors, and architects to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 8+ years of relevant experience in AI, ML, and computer vision.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, with a strong command of Python libraries for machine learning.
- Proven expertise in AI, ML, Deep Learning, particularly in computer vision and generative AI, with at least 2+ years of dedicated experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects in predictive modeling, data science, and the development and deployment of ML models, including deep learning models.
- Experience in a leadership role within a dynamic and innovative environment, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, with a preference for those with experience in deploying and managing AI solutions in cloud environments.
