Position Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build job descriptions.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the entire hiring process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain candidate data.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Enhance our employer brand through social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring metrics and recruitment trends.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment and strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR technologies, including ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
