job Summary :

- This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Manager at SVG Express Services in Jaipur.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

- Source and screen candidates through various channels (e. , job boards, social media, employee referrals).

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

- Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations.

- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee morale and satisfaction.

- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Identify training needs and develop customized training plans.

- Monitor employee training and development programs to ensure effectiveness.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

- Identify and address performance issues.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

HR Policies & Procedures:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

HRIS Management:

- Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and employee data.

- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Skills:

- Strong recruitment, training & development, and performance management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
