Designation: HR Manager
Location: On-site, Chennai
Srushty is a leading provider of Hardware Product Design, Engineering Services, IoT Software, Contract Manufacturing and 3D Modeling Services. Our team is dedicated to turning ideas into reality in both the physical and virtual worlds.
We are looking for a dynamic HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate is expected to support our business needs and ensure the implementation of company strategy and objectives. This role involves managing job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
●     Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
●     Conduct interviews, select candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
●     Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation programs.
Performance Management:
●     Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
●     Develop and manage performance improvement plans.
●     Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Training and Development:
●     Identify training needs and create and implement effective training programs.
●     Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
●     Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
Compliance and Policy Management:
●     Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
●     Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
●     Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits:
●     Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
●     Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
HR Strategy and Planning:
●     Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
●     Prepare and manage the HR budget.
Talent Management:
●     Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and retain high-performing employees.
●     Create succession planning and career development programs.
●     Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Health and Safety:
●     Ensure a safe working environment by managing health and safety policies.
●     Conduct risk assessments and implement safety training programs.
Qualifications:
●     Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification
●     Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources,
●     Skills:
●     Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
●     Strong leadership and management skills.
●     Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
●     Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
●     Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
●     Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
