Human Resource Executive cum Admin

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin professional to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a software/tech company and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Manage leave and attendance tracking.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
- Oversee office operations, vendor management, and procurement.
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Assist in organizing meetings, corporate events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, infrastructure, and IT asset coordination.
- Handle basic finance and accounts coordination with external vendors.
Requirements0-3 years of experience in HR/Admin (Preferably in a Software/IT company).
MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment portals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
