Learn more at: Role Summary: Designation- Social Media Executive Experience - 2-3 Years Location - Bangalore (WFH) Job Description This role is responsible for executing Paid Social campaigns in line with the defined strategy, ensuring client performance targets are met and exceeded. Handles daily implementation, optimisation, and uploading of client campaigns through direct platform input. Campaign management : Plan, execute, and oversee paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies that support broader marketing objectives, covering audience insights, platform choice, and budget planning Targeting & Optimization : Leverage platform-specific targeting tools—such as demographics, interests, and behaviors—to reach relevant audiences and refine campaigns using performance insights. Budget Management : Allocate budgets effectively among campaigns and channels, continuously optimizing for maximum return on investment. Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and present key metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) to inform campaign performance. Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience Must have experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager (must) | Manager |Meta Business Manager + Ads Manager (Good to have) | Twitter Ads (Good to have) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
