Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and post engaging content regularly (images, videos, and captions)
  • Plan strategies to grow followers and boost engagement
  • Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) for lead generation and sales
  • Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and share monthly reports
  • Stay updated with current social media trends and best practices
  • Work with the team to align content with company goals and campaigns

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
