Job Description of Senior HR Executive
Praella is looking for a
Senior HR Executive
who is responsible for managing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, team management, compliance, processes and documentation. The role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.
About the Role:
Lead end-to-end Recruitment, Design and implement recruitment strategies, identifying needs based on organizational goals.Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires Praellaand gathering insights from exit interviews to enhance retention strategies.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, collaborate with managers on performance improvement plans, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Oversee the payroll process and manage compensation structures, including timely and accurate salary disbursement, salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and benefits while conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to provide competitive compensation packages.Serve as the main contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and confidentially. Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and by promoting company culture and values.Address and resolve grievances by investigating thoroughly, adhering to policies and legal standards, and providing recommendations.Assist in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance on employee benefits and managing related administrative tasks.Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and regulations by developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures while managing employee records and HR documentation by legal requirements.Develop and standardize HR processes and procedures for consistency and compliance, while maintaining accurate and organized employee records and documentation.Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making, using data-driven insights to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support for their development, while delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative team environment. Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.

Skills:
Experience in a tech-driven company or IT industry.Certification in HR is an advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
: 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive capacity, preferably in the IT industry.
