Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role requires an individual who can handle multiple HR functions efficiently while ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
. Maintain a talent pipeline for key positions within the hospitality sector.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
. Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure resolution in compliance with labor laws.
. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
. Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a healthy work culture.
Training & Development:
. Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
. Coordinate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.
. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely disbursement.
. Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and wellness programs.
. Ensure compliance with tax and statutory deductions.
Compliance & HR Policies:
. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and hospitality industry norms.
. Develop and update HR policies in line with legal and business requirements.
. Conduct audits to ensure HR policies and processes are effectively implemented.
Performance Management:
. Support the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback collection.
. Assist in designing and implementing performance improvement plans (PIP).
. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.
HR Administration & Reporting:
. Maintain HR records, including attendance, employee data, and documentation.
. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
. Utilize HR software to streamline administrative processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry.
. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry
