Job Title: Technical Product Manager – Ride-Hailing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development or product management roles, preferably within ride-hailing, mobility, or transportation platforms.
  • Proven experience managing B2C or B2B2C products in high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, APIs/service integrations, and scalable web/mobile platforms.
  • Deep understanding of real-time location-based services, dispatch logic, pricing algorithms, and user experience in the ride-hailing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, data).
  • Roadmap ownership and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Job Description:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements with a clear understanding of user needs and market demands in the ride-hailing space.
  • Conduct deep research on customer behavior, operational pain points, and competitor platforms to inform product decisions.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for core ride-hailing components such as driver-rider matching, pricing, tracking, and post-ride experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and efficient product solutions with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Improve customer experience by addressing product gaps, refining user flows, and delivering intuitive and high-performing features.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product pricing, positioning, and value proposition.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases.
  • Work closely with data and operations teams to monitor product performance and identify areas of improvement or innovation.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes, balancing feasibility, value, and user impact.
