Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Tele Call Center Outsourcing professional to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. This full-time role is based in multiple locations within Kerala including Cochin, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kottayam, Kozhikode, and Kollam. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will play a key role in driving our client relationships and sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in marketing, with the ability to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Proficient in telecommunications, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction through various channels.
- Experience in sales operations, with a proven track record in supporting sales strategies and enhancing team performance.
- Adept at sales management, including team coordination, achieving targets, and optimizing sales processes.
- Solid understanding of online marketing, leveraging digital platforms for brand promotion and lead generation.
- Expertise in strategic communications, with strong skills in crafting compelling business narratives and proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing customer concerns and providing efficient solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and pitch our recruitment services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance to clients.
- Track and analyze client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the marketing team in developing targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, strategies, and any issues that may arise during operations.
- Provide administrative support by documenting call summaries, client information, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices in client communication and sales operations.
