Some of our well-known customers include TATA Steel, Persistent Systems, Toshiba, Inox, Pitney Bowes, Wockhardt, PCBL (RP –Sanjiv Goenka Group) and Greenply Industries to name a few.Visit us at www.zaggle.in to know more about us”Role and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectivesOperational Efficiency:Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.Support the development and execution of company-wide processes and systems.Project Management:Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.Ensure successful completion of projects through effective planning and resource allocation.Stakeholder Management:Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO.Leadership Support:Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making.Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.Qualification:MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or globally recognized institution.Work Experience:3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.Prior experience in the SaaS Fintech industry is a plus.Skills and Competencies:Excellent People Management.Bold, ambitious & go-getter.Analytical & Solutioning mindset and number driven.Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing environments.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
