You will play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative culture by driving end-to-end HR operations — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliances.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, and is passionate about shaping a modern people experience.Key Responsibilities 1.Recruitment & Onboarding· Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.· Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.· Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.2. HR Operations· Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.· Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and F&F settlements with finance.· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).3. Employee Engagement & Culture· Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.· Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.· Support internal communication and recognition programs.4.
