About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other components of the Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing tickets and requests in a help desk setting.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure services, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.
- Experience with governance and administration of Power Platform environments.
- Experience with Enterprise group management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Power Apps CoPilot and AI Builder
