Product Manager – Digital Connectivity (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid

Experience: 5+ Years | Domain: International Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Tech

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital connectivity solutions within our International Freight Forwarding business. This role bridges our customers' global integration needs and the company's broader digital product strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital integration solutions in Freight Forwarding.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, technology teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital connectivity goals.
  • Lead initiatives for real-time cargo/container visibility, leveraging leading industry platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integration involving EDI, API, and message mapping.
  • Manage product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, focusing on TMS/WMS/ERP systems and their integration with global carriers and logistics partners.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years in product management, IT project delivery, or integration roles within international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain domains.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, systems, and operational challenges.
  • Prior experience with digital integration protocols (EDI/API) and knowledge of system integration lifecycles.
  • Hands-on exposure to TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS, ERP, and visibility platforms.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with international freight forwarding (domestic-only experience will not be considered).
  • Familiarity with cargo/container visibility solutions like:

  • Shipsy
  • GoComet
  • Shippeo
  • or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge or experience with A4D systems (Application for Distribution) or similar digital freight systems.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
