Role Snapshot

Join our founding team as a design pioneer Shape user experiences across our website, desktop application, and product ecosystem. Work directly with business heads to craft intuitive, beautiful interfaces that users love. Expect creative freedom, rapid iterations, and meaningful design impact from day one.

What You'll Tackle

  • Design compelling user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and desktop applications
  • Create pixel-perfect visual designs that balance aesthetics with usability
  • Collaborate on website redesigns and product interface improvements
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Participate in user research, design reviews, and product strategy sessions with senior leadership
  • Translate complex AI workflows into intuitive user experiences

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (websites, apps, or conceptual projects)
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and user-centered design
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps
  • Final year college students preferred
  • Bonus points: Front-end coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage but not required
  • Clear communication skills for effective remote collaboration and design presentations
