Responsibilities


  • Setup & Customization: Configure Zoho CRM to align with business requirements, including module setup, custom fields, workflows, automation, and integrations with external tools.
  • Deluge Scripting: Develop and implement custom functions using Zoho’s Deluge scripting language to optimize CRM functionalities and automate processes.
  • Design and deploy CRM automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM customization and integration.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business processes and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for data security, system performance, and scalability.
  • We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Developer to configure, customize, and enhance Zoho CRM to meet business needs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Zoho’s ecosystem, including Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's /Masters degree in any related filed


Required Skills


  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM setup, customization, and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom function development.
  • Experience in integrating Zoho CRM with third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho tools is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
