Description and Requirements

This is a full-time, Senior HR Analytics Specialist individual contributor position with the Lenovo Global People Analytics team based out of Bangalore. This is a global role and the candidate will be hired into the Global People Analytics team to design and develop complex organization wide analytics Visualization and Models. This role would allow interaction with HR and Cross-Functional teams across Locations (More than 60 Countries) and Business Groups within Lenovo

This role requires an SME with good Business Acumen, Consulting Skills, and Project Management. The candidate should also be proficient in VBA, SQL, MS Excel, Power BI. In addition, the incumbent should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with a strong urge to learn, drive, and innovate, should love numbers and be passionate about applying data analytics to solve HR Strategy and business problems

Designation: - Senior HR Analytics Specialist

Travel:  10-20%

Required Educational Background & Experience: -

MBA / MTech /MSC in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics, or related fields

4 to 7 years of related experience (HR domain experience is not mandatory but a plus)

Reporting to : HR Manager, People Analytics

Should be able to effectively front-end and deploy analytical solutions to stakeholders which includes interpreting data, building a story around it, and presenting the same to the HR and Business stakeholders Hands-on experience with real-time data & proficiency in MS Excel/ PowerBI is a must Effective verbal and written communication skills to socialize analytical models to internal clients, senior management, and peers. Good Communication Skill is a must since this role would interact with HR Teams across locations Strong problem solver.
