Your Role Administer and maintain Windows Administration and AIX systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations. Configure and manage file and folder level permissions using tools such as ICALCS and SETACL. Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans. Support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers (20+ TB) from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows/DFS-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes. Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure. Your Profile 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and AIX. Strong expertise in DFS architecture, setup, troubleshooting, and configuration. Proven experience with permissioning tools (ICALCS, SETACL) and PowerShell scripting. Ability to analyze logs, perform RCA, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets. Sound understanding of file/folder permissioning models, Active Directory, and storage/cloud concepts. Effective communicator with strong documentation and coordination skills.
