About the role:
This role demands a strategic product leader who can drive the overall product vision by owning key metrics, crafting a clear and actionable roadmap, and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals. The individual will mentor and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering growth while ensuring flawless execution across initiatives. A critical aspect of the role involves managing supply and auction charters with direct reporting to the CPTO and Co-founder, requiring sharp communication and seamless coordination across business functions to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Total Years of Experience: 7 - 12 years
Industry: Logistic/Ecommerce/B2B/B2C
Budget: 65 - 70LPA
Must Have: Product management and supply/auction charters experience.
What you'll do:
• Own the key metrics for a product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same
• Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffs
• Communicate and evangelize the roadmap across the organization
• Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap
• Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams
• Work with engineers and designers to execute on the roadmap
• Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of PMs, helping them grow while driving execution excellence
Who you are:
• B.Tech/B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred
• 7-12 years of product management experience in an agile development environment
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't
• Proven experience leading teams of PMs and working across multiple product lines or initiatives
