Ensuring network security and reliability are paramount. - Server Management: Managing physical and virtual servers to ensure high availability and performance. They are responsible for server installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. - Data Centre Management: Supervising the operation of data centres, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and capable of meeting the organization's data processing needs. - Cloud Services Management: Integrating and managing cloud services to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency. This includes overseeing cloud storage solutions, virtual networks, and cloud-based applications. - System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implementing and maintaining monitoring tools to detect and resolve system performance issues promptly. Ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance by troubleshooting problems as they arise. - Security Management: Developing and enforcing IT security policies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
