Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry, from setup to final underwriting.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process loans from application to underwriting
  • Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)
  • Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms
  • Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval
  • Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions
  • Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in loan processing or financial services
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Ability to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Flexible to work night shifts and outside normal business hours when needed
  • Proficient with PC tools and digital documentation systems
