Role Definition

The Graphic Designer Executive at OQ is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and the agency's creative standards.

This role focuses on designing static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.

The individual is expected to manage multiple design assignments, collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams, and actively contribute to maintaining and elevating the agency's visual identity. Staying abreast of design trends and relevant tools is vital to continually delivering innovative and engaging content.

Responsibility Deliverables

1. Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction

2.     Turnaround Time (TAT) for all projects must meet agreed deadlines

3.     Collaboration with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback, especially under pressure

4.     Active participation in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews

5.     Using professional editing tools and AI to improve output

6.     Following company processes for efficient delivery

7.     Regular reporting to managers

Tasks & Activities

1. Graphic Design & Visualization

• Creating attractive designs based on briefs in a timely manner for social media content and other assets for assigned brands.
• Working closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and help by visualizing assets to communicate ideas in the best way.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) tracked for all assigned projects; adherence to established timelines is mandatory.
• Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future design work and output efficiency.
• Following company process to deliver your design work efficiently.
• Using professional tools and AI to improve designs

2. Moodboard Creation and Visual Tone Setting

• Setting the tone & direction for videos to set consistency and direction in video content for existing and new brands when and if required.
• Updating editing styles, learning new techniques, staying up to date with new effects and transitions to stay fresh and in sync with video trends and philosophies

3. Research

• Staying in touch with

- social media trends

- algorithm

- consumer psychology

• Constant research on the use of different editing styles for different brands
• New tools and AI for improvement

4. Teamwork

• Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future video work
• Being a team player and helping your peers in high pressure situations

• Reporting to manager regularly
• Updating task list in real time on ZOHO

Measurement Metric

1. Client Satisfaction – Positive internal and client feedback on static quality and creativity.

2. Technical Skills – Active utilization of new editing styles, tools, and AI for continuous improvement

3. Turnaround Time (TAT) -Able to reduce TAT for all projects.

4. Reporting – Real-time task management and reporting compliance within project management platforms

5. Teamwork – Ability to support team members effectively during workload peaks and urgent task

Growth Trajectory

0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.

3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.

6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices

12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.

Location - Mumbai Central

Salary - 25,000 - 35,000 monthly in hand

Must have their own laptop and softwares
