Build the brandDefine and evolve the visual language for all Guild properties.???? Lead design everywhereWeb, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH—nothing is off-canvas.???? Harness creative AIIntegrate Gen-AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora, Adobe Firefly, etc.) into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.???? Elevate video & motionPartner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows.???? Systemize excellenceCreate scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality, not compromise it.????‍????‍???? Mentor & multiplyCoach graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.???? Set the benchmarkEnsure every output is gold-standard—visually striking, strategically on-point, and on time.What We're Looking ForExperience: 6–10 yrs leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.Core Tools: Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4 D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.AI Fluency: Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.Visual Mastery: Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.Storytelling & Strategy: You see the narrative thread behind every pixel and can sell the concept in the boardroom.Soft-Power Traits: Tastemaker
