About the RoleWe need a "Hunter" first, and an "Administrator" second. Your primary mission is to aggressively close critical roles — example à finding the best Java Developers and B2B Pharma Sales talent in the market. While hiring is your main weapon, you must also possess enough HR Generalist knowledge to manage the basics: ensuring Offer Letters are legal, On boarding is smooth, and Payroll inputs are accurate. You don't need to be a Statutory Expert, but you must ensure the company remains compliant.🛑 Non-Negotiable Requirements (The "Knockout Criteria")1.     The "Dual-Sourcing" Expert: You must have a proven track record of closing Niche IT Roles (knowing the difference between Java/Spring Boot vs. JavaScript) AND Strategic Business Roles (B2B Sales, Key Account Managers).2.     Healthcare/Healthtech Network: You should already understand the ecosystem (e.g., selling SaaS to Hospitals/Pharma). You shouldn't need training on our industry.3.     Headhunting > Portal Posting: You must be expert in sourcing via , GitHub, and Competitor Mapping. If you rely solely on Naukri "active applicants," you will not survive here.4.     Functional HR Knowledge: You do not need to be a Payroll Accountant, but you MUST know the basics of PF, ESIC, and Leave Policies to answer employee queries and ensure basic compliance.✅ Key Responsibilities·      End-to-End Recruitment (Priority #1): Own the entire hiring funnel for Tech (Java, AI, QA) and Non-Tech (Sales, Ops). Reduce our dependency on external agencies.·      Smart Sourcing: Use "Guerrilla tactics" ( headhunting, Referral drives, Tech communities) to find candidates who aren't applying on job boards.·      Salary Negotiation: Be the "Closer." Sell the WONDRx vision and ESOP potential to high-quality candidates to bring them within our budget.·      HR Hygiene (Ops): Manage Onboarding formalities, issue Offer Letters, and prepare the Payroll Input Sheet (Attendance/Leave data) for processing.·      Basic Compliance: Ensure all new joins have their PF/ESIC numbers generated and handle day-to-day employee queries regarding policies.
