Our professional baking certification programs are growing fast—and we're hiring a full-time Admissions Setter who can spark meaningful conversations with motivated leads and guide them toward enrollment.

Your Mission

You'll be the first point of contact for pre-qualified leads who've watched our videos, downloaded our guides, or applied via our website.

Your job?

Warm them up, understand their baking goals, and schedule qualified discovery calls with our Admissions Closers.

This is not cold calling. These are warm, inbound leads already interested in baking as a career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speak to 30–40 inbound leads daily via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone
  • Qualify them using our proven application framework
  • Share program information, student success stories, and FAQs
  • Book calls for the Closers team with detailed handoff notes
  • Follow up with leads who haven't booked yet or missed their call
  • Maintain CRM (Zoho Bigin) hygiene and update lead statuses in real-time
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead flow and pre-call education

What You'll Earn

Base Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month (Based on experience)

Incentives: ₹300 per qualified appointment booked + ₹500 bonus per successful enrolment from your lead

Monthly Bonus₹10,000 for 100+ qualified appointments booked/month

Top setters consistently earn ₹60,000–₹80,000/month within 90 days of starting with us.
