We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting impactful social media strategies that align with business goals, foster community engagement, and elevate brand visibility in the mental health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with NuView's mission, goals, and target audience.
    • Stay updated on trends and innovations in social media marketing to ensure strategies remain effective.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight services, success stories, events, and initiatives.
      • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting frequency and message alignment.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
    • Build relationships with influencers, advocates, and mental health communities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) across platforms.
    • Use data insights to optimize content and campaigns for improved results.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Oversee advertising budgets to ensure ROI and adherence to campaign objectives.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all social media efforts adhere to NuView's brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
    • Uphold sensitivity and care when addressing mental health and substance use topics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for businesses or organizations in the healthcare or wellness sector.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Hubspot).
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices for Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and .
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with an empathetic tone.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize strategies.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and ethical considerations in healthcare marketing is a plus.
