We seek an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with NuView's mission, goals, and target audience.
  • Maintain awareness of trends and innovations in social media marketing.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight services and success stories.
  • Manage content calendars for consistent posting and message alignment.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers and build relationships with influencers and mental health communities.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) across platforms.
  • Use data insights to optimize content and campaigns for improved results.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee advertising budgets for ROI and campaign objectives.

Brand Guidelines:

  • Ensure all social media efforts adhere to NuView's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Uphold sensitivity when addressing mental health topics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for businesses or organizations in the healthcare or wellness sector.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with an empathetic tone.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plus.
