We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist, having an extensive experience in e-commerce to manage and optimize our paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ad creation, targeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and cost optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B test different creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for effective targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions).
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and new advertising features.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.
  • Track and report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage pixel tracking, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Knowledge of budget management, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Possession of relevant certifications will be considered an added advantage.
