Roles and Responsibilities
• Implement process improvement principles and tools (KPIs, dashboards, automation) in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
• Conduct regular process control and monitoring audits to ensure compliance with Group Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with local operations and management teams to identify improvement opportunities, training needs, and suitable enablers.
• Propose and implement process adjustments (e.g., automation, digital tools, layout optimization) for higher efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Streamline cargo handling processes to meet customer service levels, airline requirements, and internal SLAs.
• Support management in developing new service offerings by building robust and scalable processes.
• Share best practices with the wider Operational Excellence community.
• Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff to ensure adoption of improved processes.
• Analyze operational issues and troubleshoot bottlenecks to drive sustainable improvements.
• Anticipate changes in warehouse/terminal layouts and coordinate with the Operational Excellence team for standard application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Safety & Security, HR, IT, Customer Service) to deliver CI projects successfully.

• Understanding of cargo operations, warehousing, ground handling processes, and airline standards.
• Ability to design and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and process control tools.
• Familiarity with automation and digital enablers in cargo handling (e.g., Cargo Management Systems, barcode/RFID tracking, warehouse automation).
• Education – Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience – Experience in Operational Experience for minimum of 1 year
