Job Title: Network Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGMLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: Minimum 5 YearsAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Business Manager / Sales Specialist todrive business growth in the enterprise networking domain. The ideal candidate will have provenexpertise in promoting and selling Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking solutions across B2Bclients in Delhi NCR.You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing clientrelationships, and achieving sales targets by providing high-value networking solutions andservices.Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Aruba, Cisco, and Junipernetworking products and solutions. - Engage with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners to promotenetworking and connectivity offerings. - Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiationand closure. - Build strong relationships with OEMs (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper) to leverage marketprograms and joint sales activities. - Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to design and deliver customizednetworking solutions. - Manage pipeline forecasting, revenue reporting, and account planning in alignment withbusiness objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in thenetworking domain. - Ensure post-sales satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key enterpriseaccounts.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in networking solution sales / businessdevelopment. - Strong understanding of Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper product lines (switching, routing,wireless, SD-WAN, network security). - Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales within IT infrastructure or networkingdomain. - Strong network of enterprise clients, channel partners, and OEM contacts in the DelhiNCR region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred).Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory): - Cisco Sales Expert / CCNA / CCNP - Aruba Certified Sales Professional (ACSP) - Juniper Sales / Technical Certification
