B2B Sales Executive / Manager – MarketNex Location: Hyderabad, Hitech City (Full-time in-office role – No work from home)Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)Travel: Occasional travel across India for events, client meetings & networkingCompensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Base pay) + Attractive Incentive ModelAbout MarketNexMarketNex is a marketplace performance marketing agency helping brands, manufacturers, and sellers grow across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and Shopify — in India, the US, and globally.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a driven B2B Sales professional who’s excited to represent MarketNex as a market leader in eCommerce growth service.You’ll work closely with the founders, manage outreach and client relationships, and be the face of MarketNex at trade shows, business meetings, and events across India.This is a core founder’s office role with significant growth potential — as you succeed in the Indian market, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into national and international sales representing MarketNex globally.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential clients (brands, manufacturers, private labels) who sell or want to sell on marketplaces.Pitch MarketNex’s services as a growth and performance partner for Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and Shopify.Collaborate with founders to plan outreach, nurture leads, and close deals.Represent MarketNex at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across India.Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.Work with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service alignment.Maintain CRM data, monitor pipeline health, and share sales insights weekly.Who You Are1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in marketing, eCommerce or digital agency).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Driven by growth and passionate about eCommerce and digital partnerships.Comfortable with in-person collaboration – this is a full-time office role in Hyderabad (no hybrid or remote).Willing to travel across India and eventually expand into international markets.Self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to grow into a regional or international sales leader.What You’ll GainWork directly with founders and CXOs across leading eCommerce brands.Build and lead MarketNex’s B2B sales function.Performance-linked incentives and rapid career advancement.Scope to expand your role to national and international sales.Join a high-growth, AI-led agency redefining how brands win on marketplaces.
