Job ResponsibilitiesShould have excellent knowledge of product costing, Material costing, preferably from garment industry.Directing financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting & forecasting that led to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity.Preparation of detailed budgeting exercise, monitoring of monthly actuals and budgetary controlsShould have worked in ERP environment and have sound knowledge of system controls etc.Ensuring adherence to compliance with requirements under regulatory framework As member of management team, participate and contribute in all decision making with specific emphasis on purchases, capital expenditure, contracts of any nature etc.Monitoring Revenue, CAPEX Budget for various Functions; designing cost model tomeasure and monitor monthly project and overhead costs; reviewing processes andtransactions, establishing internal control mechanisms for various financial and non-financial transactions.Desired ProfileExcellent communication skillsAbility to fit into an entrepreneurial and highly demanding work environmentDemonstrable track record of strong achievement and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership qualities and strong performance management skillsDedicated and motivated individual with high levels of professionalism. Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.Must have worked with larger manufacturing companies preferably garment Industry.
