Shahi - Manager - Financial Analysis

Job Responsibilities:- Should have excellent knowledge of product costing, Material costing, preferably from garment industry.- Directing financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting & forecasting that led to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity.- Preparation of detailed budgeting exercise, monitoring of monthly actuals and budgetary controls.- Should have worked in ERP environment and have sound knowledge of system controls etc.- Ensuring adherence to compliance with requirements under regulatory framework.- As member of management team, participate and contribute in all decision making with specific emphasis on purchases, capital expenditure, contracts of any nature etc.- Monitoring Revenue, CAPEX Budget for various Functions; designing cost model to measure and monitor monthly project and overhead costs; reviewing processes and transactions, establishing internal control mechanisms for various financial and non-financial transactions. Desired Profile:- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to fit into an entrepreneurial and highly demanding work environment.- Demonstrable track record of strong achievement and communication skills.- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong performance management skills.- Dedicated and motivated individual with high levels of professionalism.- Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Must have worked with larger manufacturing companies preferably garment Industry.
