Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Executive

We are hiring a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager / BDE to drive business growth in the Hyderabad market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, market mapping, and networking in Hyderabad.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and decision-makers.
  • Create customized sales pitches and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing and service strategies.
  • Promote Cityinfo's commercial real estate services across leasing, sales, and advisory.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Maintain updated CRM records and submit timely sales reports.
  • Share market intelligence and business insights with the management team.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or business development (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation and confident client handling.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and well-organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
