The Job
Job Description:
Our client currently seeking a talented telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, with a proven track record of success. Fluency in English is essential for this role as you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach efforts.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Bit Binders' services to potential clients.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
Salary:
Starting salary of 20,000 INR per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.

The Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or website design is a plus.
