Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Aduffy Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, introducing Aduffy Learning's communication skills training programs, and effectively booking demo sessions. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and contributing to the growth of Aduffy Learning. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing EdTech company.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels (e.g., website inquiries, social media, etc.).
- Lead Qualification: Engage in conversations with potential customers to understand their communication skills needs and assess their interest in Aduffy Learning's programs.
- Demo Session Booking: Effectively explain the benefits of Aduffy Learning's communication skills training and persuade interested prospects to book a free demo session.
- Scheduling & Confirmation: Coordinate with prospects to find suitable dates and times for demo sessions and confirm bookings via phone, email, or messaging.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects who have shown initial interest but haven't booked a demo, or to remind those with upcoming demo sessions.
- Answering Basic Inquiries: Address basic questions about Aduffy Learning's programs, demo sessions, and website information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and demo bookings in our CRM system or designated tracking tools.
- Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets for call volume and demo session bookings.
- Maintaining Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Aduffy Learning's programs, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Represent Aduffy Learning professionally and provide a positive and helpful experience to all prospects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent and clear verbal communication in [Specify Language - e.g., English and Hindi, if applicable]. Ability to articulate information concisely and persuasively.
- Telecalling/Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently engage with prospects and encourage them to take the next step (booking a demo).
- Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude: Energetic and motivated with a positive approach to customer interactions.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed targets for call volume and demo bookings.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers for call logging, CRM updates, and email communication.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage call schedules, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address basic customer queries and handle objections effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
