The selected candidate will operate at an executive-adjacent level, ensuring that high-value insights drive business decisions, enhance performance outcomes, and shape the direction of digital investments across multiple global markets. ROLE OVERVIEW The Performance Analytics Manager will lead analytical rigor and measurement excellence across initiatives spanning search, display, video, social, commerce, and emerging paid media environments. This position requires acute business judgment, deep mastery of attribution, fluency in customer lifecycle modeling, and a sophisticated understanding of how data streams inform market competitiveness. iProspect places intelligence at the core of its operating philosophy, and this hire will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding that analytical DNA. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including performance strategists, data engineers, planning leads, client consultants, and technology specialists to generate actionable insights, craft strategic recommendations, and produce decision-support assets that shape campaign performance and long-term growth trajectories. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop measurement frameworks that integrate optimization principles, cross-channel attribution logic, predictive forecasting, and growth sustainability metrics. Conduct deep analysis of performance funnels, identifying friction points, structural inefficiencies, value leakage, and untapped optimization opportunities. Translate platform-level data into actionable intelligence for enterprise-level stakeholders, creating clarity around spend efficiency, incremental value, and channel synergy. Design and deliver performance dashboards suitable for leadership visibility, ensuring narratives are strategically aligned, data-rich, and contextually relevant. Evaluate audience behaviors, market signals, pricing fluctuations, competitive bidding patterns, and digital ecosystem shifts to anticipate performance outcomes. Build recommendation maps that connect insights to operational implementation, ensuring analytics outputs influence tangible business actions. Prepare mid-cycle reporting, end-period deep dives, and future-state projections that inform marketing prioritization and budgeting dynamics. Elevate data literacy across partner groups, helping non-analytical stakeholders adopt an insight-driven mindset in daily decision workflows. EXPECTED PROFILE Extensive experience in performance analytics, applied data science, or digital measurement strategy within high-velocity enterprise environments. Solid practical capability with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent business intelligence platforms. Advanced understanding of paid acquisition ecosystems involving Google, Meta, programmatic exchanges, commerce media, and cross-channel optimization mechanics. Strong proficiency in synthesizing complex technical outputs into concise executive-level narratives. Proactive in hypothesis-driven analysis, methodological rigor, and structured reasoning. Capable of leading analytical initiatives autonomously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering critical insights within compressed time frames.
