Job Title
Manager - Service Engineering
Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Engineering deliverables like Maintenance and T-Order specifying (Standard and Non-Standard). He is also responsible for supporting service field with development of alternate parts for Obsolesce and legacy portfolio. The role requires coordination with National Service Center / Sourcing / BW Factory / Field / Regions.
On a typical day you will:
Coordination and development of innovative products based on latest technologies Ensure the quality standards of product development as per Organization requirement Ensure the development of new products are well within the development cycle as required Coordinate with T-Sales team for new package development Work with Field Operations and Sourcing for new product development and testing Interact with NSC for clearing / development of non-standard parts Identify and develop alternate part for discontinued parts Ensure timely clearance of Field requests for Specifying replacement parts. Coordinate with Factory for new product released for Service Inventory Preparation of non-standard Mechanical drawings as and when requiredIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
