The Role

We're seeking a Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead Ixana's validation efforts in Bengaluru. You'll:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing validation team
  • Own validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems
  • Set up world-class labs and automation frameworks
  • Collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally
  • Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
