
Sales Excellence Manager

- Position Title- Manager-Sales Excellence
- Location – Bengaluru (Corporate Office)
- Total Experience - 5 to 14 Years
- Qualification – MBA (Full-time is compulsory)
- Direct Team Size-1 (On Roll)
- Reporting to DGM-GTM & Trade Marketing
- Industry- FMCD /FMCG/Consumer Durable/FMEG/Building Material /Candidates having experience in small appliances will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor Analytics & Support
- Extract primary & secondary sales, credit and stock data from SAP/DMS
- Compute ROI dashboards and highlight exceptions
- Support implementation of Distributor Stock Norms
- Support the process to improve distributor credit hygiene and working capital health
SFA / CRM / DMS Administration
- Maintain master data and user provisioning; resolve L1 issues within SLA
- Run monthly refresher clinics to lift login and PJP compliance
- Perform regular data-sync audits; escalate systemic defects to IT
- Publish dashboards for field visibility.
- Support in driving CRM usage.
- Drive the implementation of the outlet recommendation engine, auto beat planning
- Support in driving DMS (Distribution Management System) implementation & training
Review & MIS Preparation
- Build branch and zonal decks with variance commentaries and heat maps
- Track progress of field action plans, performance metrics
- Distribute scheduled MIS aligned with organizational KPIs
- Drive the process of structured review cadence
- Gather inputs to enable monthly, quarterly, and Apex-level reviews
Retailer-Database Projects
- Execute retailer survey initiatives to build a robust retail database
- Drive segmentation of retail outlets for targeted sales strategies
- Track the addition and performance of new outlets and key accounts
Continuous improvement PMO
- Document SOPs, pilot process enhancements, and report impact.
Remarks-
- Looking for candidates with similar experience in the Sales Excellence role
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in Sales is preferred before handling a Sales Excellence role
- Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered)
- Travel requirement as per the Business exigency
- Excellent communication skills (in English, and fluency in the local language may also be helpful).
- Strong Review Mechanism
- Working Knowledge of SFA & CRM & DMS is a must
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Local Candidates will be preferred
